Position : International Sales / Business Development Manager / Sr Manager in a leading Business Research and Analytics KPO organization

Job Description :
- Responsible for Sales & business development of the Clients Services and Solutions to Corporate in the Chemicals /Specialty chemicals / Automotive / Heavy Machinery and Manufacturing industry in the International market
- You will develop and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximize the company 's opportunity within the customer environment. Responsible for sales planning and accurate forecasting.
- Consultative Hunter - Consistent track record of revenue generation, Target realization with a successive progression of target and achievement numbers through service selling.
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities
- Determine clients' needs through a consultative selling approach and offering customized solutions to clients
- Achievement of revenue targets for overseas market
- Responsible for new account generation and existing key account management
- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospect
- Manages all aspects of pricing, reporting, invoicing, and contractual/commissions reconciliation
- Creates and maintains internal account planning tools, dashboards and cadence processes; establishes and tracks key system adoption/utilization objectives
- Represent the organizations expertise, knowledge and capabilities to clients and prospective buyers through an understanding of and by leveraging the capabilities to target industries
Desired profile :
Qualification : Graduate / BE ; MBA preferred
Total experience : min 7 to 18 yrs of which min 4-5 years of relevant international sales experience in USA / North America / Latin America / Europe / UK / APAC / South East Asia regions
- Should have traveled internationally in the target regions for Sales and Business Development with B2B / Corporate / End User / OEM clients
- Should have interacted with CXO / GM level / decision makers
- Should have strong product and customized solutions sales experience in industries like :
Chemicals / specialty chemicals / Automotive / Aerospace / Heavy engineering / Manufacturing / Agro-chemical / Packaging / Tyres / Printing
- Must have experience in end to end sales cycle management i.e from identifying prospects, cold calling, lead generation, responding to RFPs / RFQ, client visit + discussion + negotiation, contract closing, regular orders
- Willingness to work in shifts as per the geographies assigned
- Should & willing to work in a capacity of individual contributor
- Strong communication & presentation skills (written and oral)
