Education: Engineering background. Candidate with adequate experience in the same field can be an exception for engineering degree

Job Description :

- Head the division and report to the top Management.

- Develops new prospects and interacts with international customers and Railway departments across various countries to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.

- Coordinate with Various government departments and management on the progression of various international projects.

- Handling customer queries. And visiting different countries for meeting them(International Traveling).

- Keeping records for pending and dispatched orders.

- Coordinate with the Documentation team for the exports.

- Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness among current and potential customers.

- Build relationships and partnerships with key marketplace partners and suppliers .

- Undertaking competitor research & propose changes required to stay ahead in the competition.

- Driving internal and external communications.

- Hold meetings with clients and clearly communicate our company profile and offerings to them.

- Analyze market from time to time and present reports about the present & expected future scenario.

- Achieve sales target. Familiar with international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales.

Job Specifications:

Qualification: B.tech

- Experience: 5 years to 8 years handling International Railway projects tendering etc.

- Effective organizing, Convincing/Negotiation Power, influencing and good communication skills to meet the business deadlines.

- Integrity and confidentiality.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
