International Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a young, dynamic and ambitious Marketing Manager with an impeccable background to devise the marketing model for the organization to pursue. Devising brand building and product positioning strategies will be the other important responsibilities.

Job Description:

- Lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management across the various geographies & categories. Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds.

- Manage the brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that each brand measures up to the overall consumer positioning and segment goals.

- Ensure brand integrity through adherence to brand standards and procedures in an effort to attain established profitability goals and brand awareness in the market place.

- Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment.

- Focus on multiple channels for marketing including new media/ social media etc.

- Lead commercialization and revenue generation of new and ongoing brands.

- Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various event.

- Build and develop good relationships with key clients to ensure best value for money and customer satisfaction with services provided.

Job Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Shift Timing: US Shift : Drop Facility available

Required Candidate profile

- An MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university.

- 10 years of experience in International Marketing/ International Business Development (both will be a plus).

- Highly creative individual, nurtures the team to 'think outside of the box', and develops innovative marketing strategies and visually-compelling imagery, in line with our product's USP.

- Very standards driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organization becomes and remains world-class.

- A social person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships, having a high energy and positive attitude that exudes power.

- Good knowledge of US market is preferred.
