You'll manage data processes, improve HR systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve project management, team leadership, and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Master's degree with 7-15 years of HR shared service experience

- 2+ years of people management experience, preference for Workday knowledge

- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

- Ability to collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel

- Adaptability to a flexible work culture
