Position - Manager International Finance

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - CA / MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Consolidation of the financials of all subsidiaries / international geographies on a quarterly basis

- Assist respective teams in driving uniform accounting practices across all subsidiaries and extend support to international geographic locations with independent teams

- Quarterly Reconciliation of books of accounts

- Drive Annual Budget process, assess Financial Reports and Statements, and Evaluate Financial Results.

- Tracking progress of consolidation and ensuring adherence to the timelines by all subsidiaries

- Assess and assist in preparation of Consolidated Cash Flow Statement of all international locations

- Play a key role in implementation of new standards and accounting guidelines

- Assist in finalization of standalone financial statements in assigned geographies

- Timely MIS and reporting to Senior Management

Key Skills :

- Conversant with IFRS and other international accounting practices.

- Strategic, solution-based, problem-solving skills, and ability to understand complex systems.

- Working experience in ERP environment (SAP preferred)

- Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point

- Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills

- Good team player

- Stake Holder Management
