Job Description :


- Design and execute suitable strategies in sales and marketing to grow the company's business in African and Middle Eastern territories.


- Employ and develop appropriate channels and distributors in the international markets to lead the business expansion resulting in the sustainable top-line growth.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of energy storage solutions in various applications under auto and solar industry. Within two decades of its establishment, they have carved a niche in the market with offerings of advanced technologies and future industrial needs. They have done phenomenally well in last few years in the export market and are looking to expand their team with an international business development leader.

Description

- Design and execute business development strategies in key international markets to ensure superlative results in company's growth

- Employ, engage and develop appropriate distributors and partners that help the company solidify its brand name in the assigned territory that should result in business growth


- Develop a sales team that is equipped to deliver and achieve company's short term and long term targets in 

international markets


- Ensure that the team and channels are aligned with the company's long term vision and strategies


- Represent the company in international events and trade shows that help capture the maximum market share for the company's products in a sustainable way


- Work with channel partners to identify and address customer queries and issues to ensure long term customer satisfaction


Profile

- The ideal candidate comes with 8-15 years of experience in industrial sales of solar storage solutions and batteries in international markets, especially Africa and Middle East.


- They should have worked with channel and distribution teams in these territories.


- They should be well-versed with the solar storage market in India and abroad with excellent know-how of suitable sales strategies.


- They should have demonstrated experience of delivering on challenging targets in tough markets. Candidates with team handling experience will be preferred. Should have excelled communication and interpersonal skills.
