Job Description :
- Design and execute suitable strategies in sales and marketing to grow the company's business in African and Middle Eastern territories.
- Employ and develop appropriate channels and distributors in the international markets to lead the business expansion resulting in the sustainable top-line growth.
- Employ, engage and develop appropriate distributors and partners that help the company solidify its brand name in the assigned territory that should result in business growth
- Develop a sales team that is equipped to deliver and achieve company's short term and long term targets in
international markets
- Ensure that the team and channels are aligned with the company's long term vision and strategies
- Represent the company in international events and trade shows that help capture the maximum market share for the company's products in a sustainable way
- Work with channel partners to identify and address customer queries and issues to ensure long term customer satisfaction
- They should have worked with channel and distribution teams in these territories.
- They should be well-versed with the solar storage market in India and abroad with excellent know-how of suitable sales strategies.
- They should have demonstrated experience of delivering on challenging targets in tough markets. Candidates with team handling experience will be preferred. Should have excelled communication and interpersonal skills.
