We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, a strong network within the industry, experience working autonomously with a high level of drive & output.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Implement and execute strategic development plans to achieve qualified leads targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and potential areas for expansion.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pipeline of prospective/existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in nurturing phase.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
3. Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with other businesses to create mutually beneficial alliances and joint ventures.
- Leverage existing networks to open doors for potential partnerships.
4. Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
- With the help of the media specialist team develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of new accounts.
