Manager - Internal Controls & Operational Excellence - Telecom

- 10+ years relevant experience after graduation; or 4 years of relevant experience with CA

- Keen interest in the enabling role for finance team

- Experience spread over accounting and Internal audit

- Program managing tool changes as user group

- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, strong internal customer service orientation

- Ability to interact with independent auditors

- Ability to work with virtual, global teams

- Deep understanding of basis accounting principles

- Expertise of working on spreadsheets

- Knowledge of Great Plains ERP preferred

- International work and culture exposure to the US, UK and Europe
