Roles &amp; responsibilities :&nbsp; - Review effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls impacting operational &amp; financial reporting - Job involve conducting interview, process walkthrough, documenting process documentation across organization. - Analyse and understand industry best practices and design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of the business - Review &amp; testing of Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFC) as per The Companies Act. - Planning &amp; Executing Internal Audits/ Management Audits and reporting of results with management - Follow up implementation of action plan agreed in audit/internal control reviews - Work with multiple functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner - Support team members on various projects as an experienced subject matter expert - Preparing standard and ad hoc reports for management. Requirements Qualification : CA (Regular education Mandatory). Experience : 5-7 Years Work experience in Internal Control &amp; Internal Audits. CTC Offered Upto 17 LPA. Work Location : Bangalore
