Manager Internal Communications

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree from recognised university.

2. Degree or PG Diploma in Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferable.

Experience:

1. At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a multinational company.

2. Experience of executing internal communication campaigns and employee engagement in alignment with company priorities.

Knowledge & Key Skills:

- Creative writing skills - with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.

- SharePoint Knowledge and experience.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience of working on Adobe Photoshop and video creation/editing tools is a plus.

- Understanding and sensitive to multi cultures. Working in a regional/global role is a plus.

- Experience of working across time zones preferable.
