Manager - Internal Communications - IT

Our client, an established Indian IT Services organization seeks for Manager Internal Communications based out of Bangalore.

- This role will be responsible for driving the internal communication strategy for the organisation and ensuring end- to-end implementation of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

- The role would develop and implement the internal communications strategy, working closely with the business unit heads and senior executives/managers on their role in effective internal communication.

- The role holder would create communication platforms and toolkit and manage various communication channels, vendors and designers.

- The skills required would include multi-task capability, priority setting and meeting deadlines and an experience in both strategic and tactical communications.

- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders at all levels of the business and excellent communication and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are must-haves for this role.

The Education and Experience required would be Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication or journalism with 7-10 years of experience in the field of communications including internal and corporate communications.
