- Improving employee engagement through effective utilization of internal comms tools & channels

- Ensuring there is a mutual exchange of experiences, approaches and best practices gathered are exchanged across other regions.

- Managing campaigns and design operations for all key communication initiatives

- Supporting the execution of global & regional employee events

Description : 

STRATEGY:

- Act as trusted advisor by providing strategic advice to key internal stakeholders, especially HR WORKPLACE

- Internal Digital Media Platform

- Drive integrations and partnerships on Workplace

- Maintain all official online groups on ensuring membership, content and engagement

- Responsible for cross posting all important global communication on relevant regional groups

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & DESIGN OPERATIONS

- Responsible for communication strategy for all internal communications campaigns, ensuring consistent themes & messages are used and right channels are leveraged for each message.

- Ensure the regional execution of all global campaigns

- Responsible for the administration of India design operations on the internal comms design tool.

EVENTS:

- Responsible for planning & execution of employee forums such as townhalls and other special meetings

- Responsible for planning, design and implementation of an annual employee event regionally

- Support the global team with planning & execution of global events

Profile : 

- 7 + years of experience focusing on internal communications

- Written & verbal communication skills

- Experience with social media, graphic design and content creation

- Project Management

- Creative problem solving

- Openness, ownership and collaboration

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and organizational change

- Flexibility to shift priorities at short notice

- Openness to diverse stakeholders' and team members' perspectives

- Ability to experiment, solicit feedback, take risk and learn from mistakes

- Interest in the Payments space and being part of something that brings positive change to people's lives.
