- Increased site employee engagement

- Dissemination of key messages to employees

- Structured two-way communication between site leadership and employees: E.g. coffee sessions, Town halls, Ask Centre Manager etc.

- To work seamlessly across various teams and key leaders at the site to create the site event and engagement calendar

- To create a team / linkages comprising of representatives within each VP area to gain access to information helping create meaningful engagement strategies.

- Ensure consistency and alignment of GSD messages and Organisational priorities while developing and distributing site level communication.

- Support the site Head of Service Delivery and leadership team in developing and distributing high quality and relevant messages on site initiatives, performance, promotions, etc.

- Maintain the site SharePoint and develop local content that is compelling to the target audience (GSC staff). Track usage statistics and take appropriate content and marketing measures to establish the SharePoint as a destination for site information

- Manage and coordinate Ask Centre Manager and other leadership engagement with employees (coffee sessions) to include nominations, research, formulating responses as appropriate, managing logistics and feedback into SharePoint.

- Organize GSC events (e.g., Town halls, Annual Day, Family Day, Employee Appreciation activities, etc) town hall sessions, Annual Day: track action items, and post outcomes and success stories on the SharePoint. Support site H of SD and Regional Comms contact in streamlining and aligning Organizational messages with site priorities and communication

- Source success stories from within the GSC to share with Regional Communications lead to showcase on broader channels

- Actively contribute innovative ideas and share best practices with other sites

- Engage with site governance committees, and regional Communications contact to publish a calendar of events

- Analyze reports, employee feedback and other data points to formulate recommendations on leadership engagement strategies

- Upkeep and update of employee bulletin boards Prepare and/or coordinate presentations and other materials to facilitate effective meetings with key business partners visiting the site

- Coordinate on all internal Communication initiatives with the regional Communications lead to ensure alignment of messages and content.
