We have a job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big 4 for the role of Manager - Internal Communication for Gurgaon location.

Job Description:-

The candidate will be responsible for working closely with global Business Enablement Communications team in UK shift to create compelling content for various internal communications deliverables

Roles & responsibilities:-

- Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal deliverables such as newsletters, blogs, videos, internal reports, meeting, and town-hall materials and intranet content

- Plan and prepare material for an effective rollout of webcast or virtual meetings

- Develop and execute internal communications strategy/plans, working with senior executives and business unit managers

- Interview stakeholders to gather information for preparing write-ups for various deliverables

- Draft business leadership and internal messages

- Develop & implement communications initiatives aligned with business priorities to engage, educate and inspire employees/users

- Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects

- Support firm brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by the company including verbal and branding guidelines

- Pursue and share best practices within the team
