- Develop communication pieces such as articles, newsletters and mailers to drive key strategic messages and engagement.
- Manage company intranet, mass mailers and DLs.
- Support key business functions and stakeholders in their communication initiatives.
- Understand business requirements and prepare impactful infographs, short videos, presentations.
- Use design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Paint, etc. to create engaging creatives and do quick edits.
- Track analytics and metrics to check effectiveness of communication, identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Plan, schedule, track and independently execute projects.
- Identify appropriate communication channels depending upon the audience, message, purpose, etc. (intranet, e-newsletter, internal social media, digital screens, internal emails, etc.)"
- Experience in creating social media content.
- Follow corporate brand standards to ensure message consistency.
