Job Description:

The position is responsible for delivering various solution offerings like internal audits, process improvement reviews, risk management etc.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise teams of professionals, both internal and external resources as appropriate.

- Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organisation's objectives and goals to be met

- Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organisation's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance

- Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures, Provides support to the company's anti-fraud programs

- Evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel

- Evaluates the organisation's readiness in case of business interruption

- Engages in continuous education and staff development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training

- Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time.

- Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs

- Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.

- Maintains open communication with management and the audit committee on findings and deliverables

Education:

- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

- PG: CA, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Finance

Desired Skills and expertise:

- Should have a professional qualification preferable CA or an MBA-Finance from a reputed business school.

- Qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CFE are an advantage.

- Should have a minimum of 5-9 years post qualification experience

- Good communication and writing skills

- Project management capabilities

- Good interpersonal skills
