Duties and responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end risk assignments in the TMT & FS sector.

- Identifying and monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Red flags (continuous monitoring)

- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end internal audit engagements in the TMT/ FS sector.

- Understanding of key processes across industry

- For e.g. if the hiring is for FS - the candidate should have experience in few (atleast 3) of the BFSI sectors such as NBFC, Mutual Funds, HFC, Insurance, Banks, Broking, etc.

- For e.g. if the hiring is for TMT - the candidate should have experience in few of the TMT sectors such as IT/ITES, Technology, Ecommerce, Media & Broadcasting Co., Production House, Distribution House, Event Management, Telecommunication, Tower Co., etc.

- Performing SOX Compliance and audit.

- Experience in performing data analytics

- Execution on client engagement - ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.

- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm.

- Ensuring compliance of books of accounts with accounting standards & other applicable statutes.

- Understand business & industry needs/trends.

- Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key clients.

- Manage the engagement budgets and support seniors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development.

- CA-with Post Qualification Experience of 4-7 Years

Travel :

- As per business requirement
