Manager - Internal Audit - Risk Consulting - CA - Advisory Firm

QUALIFICATION: Qualified Chartered Accountant

EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years post qualification experience in a professional services/ consulting firms.

EXPERTISE:

- Must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.

- Should have handled internal audit and risk assessment assignments earlier.

- Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

- Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates.

- Excellent presentation and English communication skills required.

- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

SCOPE OF WORK :

This is an advisory role in an advisory firm having presence in 6 cities within India catering to organisations across sectors.

- Audit planning, execution, and finalization.

- Manage and mentor team of consultants, Assistant Managers assigned to project; execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client

- Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.

- Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement

- Understand Statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax etc.

- Regular submissions/ postings to knowledge databases.

- Establish & maintain good working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work environment at different clients/ locations).
