Manager - Internal Audit/Risk Advisory - CA - Consulting

One of our client is looking for candidates at Manager position with 8-11 years of experience ( with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk Advisory). Below are the specifications:

Qualification

- Semi-Qualified CA with 8 to 11 years of work experience MBA will be added advantage

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of conducting Internal audits, revenue assurance audits and statutory audits in a Chartered Accountancy firm

- Industry experience specific to monthly closing, revenue recognition, internal audits, taxation and accounting activities is preferred. Exposure to accounting frauds techniques will be added advantage.

Technical Skills

- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP and Accounting Standards related to revenue assurance

- Strong data analytical skills (Expert in MS Excel and other data analytical tools)

- Exposure to SAP modules is essential

- Good understanding over Financial and management accounting concepts. Knowledge of US GAAP and IIA standards (IPPF, QAIP etc.) will be added advantage.

Soft Skills :

- High on professional integrity

- Good presentation skills (Power-point)

- Ability to professionally communicate with Clients and senior employees in the company (Oral and written both)

- Ability to drat audit reports for senior management independently

- Innovating thinking, Time management, confidence, integrity and ability to execute under minimum supervision are must.
