Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing/Big4 - CA

MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT (MANUFACTURING / BIG 4)

- Responsible for assessing internal controls, setting audit scope

- Carrying out the audit of various processes/ functions as per the audit plan and audit scope.

- Identifying the risk and control weakness within the process.

- Analyze the potential impact on the business activities and recommending management actions to mitigate the risk.

- Ensures and maintains working papers that record and summaries the audit procedures performed.

- Preparation of comprehensive written reports.

- Ensure preparation and presentation of audit findings to management.

- Follow up to determine the adequacy of corrective actions.

- Conduct and lead periodic and surprise physical verification of inventories.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 5+ yrs. of working experience in internal audits in a Manufacturing Industry is a Must. Ideal candidates should have been exposed to Big 4 accounting firm either as an associate in the firm or as an auditee of the firm.

2. Demonstrated ability to define and implement a risk assessment and monitoring program.

3. Knowledge of Internal control principles.

4. Communication skill to build commitment, create adherence and report to management.

5. Proven ability to manage multiple project work effectively with cross functional partner and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization.

6. Ability to handle confidential information and material with appropriate discretion.

7. Working Knowledge in SAP Environment.

8. Knowledge of IT based analytical tools.

9. Advance knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Related tools.
