Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing

- To provide an independent appraisal support by identify areas of risk and work collaboratively with management to improve processes, efficiencies and the control environment of the organization.

- Frame annual audit plans through risk assessment for the organization.

- Review and monitor audit execution for planned audits for different functions & at different locations.

- Issue audit reports highlighting process improvement areas for respective dept / functions.

- Follow up implementation of recommended action plan with the stake holders.

- Objective examination of evidences for the purpose of providing an independent assessment of risk management, control or governance processes.

- Advisory and related activities intended to add value and improve organizations operations.

- Initiate Special Reviews on Management requests.

- Co-ordination for SOX and other such activities.

- Proper understanding of functioning of various dept. required.

- The candidate should possess strong communication skills, good presentation skills and analytical skills.

- He / She will be required to travel to different manufacturing and branch office locations of the company.
