Manager - Internal Audit - ITGC/Business Audit/SOX

Job Description :

- Proficiency in SOX, Internal Audits, US GAAP, Auditing Standards

- Sharing periodic status updates with the stakeholders

- Prepare review decks for Management for quarterly report out of sourcing saves

- Ensuring timely computation / sign off on sourcing saves by Migrations team and escalate wherever required

- Provides technical expertise and advice to assist with the planning, execution and reporting of a major audit study.

- Perform IT related controls testing and evaluation for Information Systems used.

- Prepare test procedures based on control requirements and documentation of test results based on testing performed.

- Report control deficiencies identified, to IA management and business clients.

- Provide technical expertise and advice to assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of major audit studies

Desired Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in commerce.

- Big4 Accounting/Auditing Experience

- 7-10 years audit or financial services industry experience.

- Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA

- Competent knowledge of the operations, procedures and policies of assigned business units. Strong familiarity with their specific business processes and transactions.

- Competent knowledge of generally accepted audit standards, and Corporate Internal Audit standards.
