1. To be responsible for value addition reports on various control issues, system weakness, compliance matters with suggestions for improvement 2. Participating and performing risk assessments and audits and Compliance Security Assessments 3. Independently managing the assigned projects/ engagements with minimal oversight/ guidance 4. To carry out analytical review/ management audits and arrive at conclusions 5. To be Responsible for visits to different Units to : i) Perform audits ii) Carry out physical verification of stocks 6. To assist in Compliance Assurance Function 7. Reporting to Regional Head of Audit and coordination with various other departments in the organization Key Activity - - Internal audit of units as assigned in the audit plan - Liaison and coordination with auditee for timely closure of audit. - Formation of audit reports and discussion with departmental heads and - General manager/Functional Heads and Regional Audit Head. - Compilation for audit committee - People and Training Related - Attends Behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi-functionality - Recommending disciplinary action, increments and promotion - Ensures all the staff in the department are fully trained through constant on-the-job training to ensure fast and courteous service - Ensures attendance on behavioral and vocational training programs, and personally conducts key training for employees in the outlet. - Assist in hiring - Uses the Oberoi appraisal system to periodically review the performance of his direct subordinates and determines their development needs - Counsels subordinates in work-related matters - Ensures that LQA and APEX standards are maintained Techincal Qualification : - CA with at least 5 years of experience - Has worked under SAP environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - CISA/ DISA Certified - Think out of box - Awareness of IT tools and applications - Fluency in English - Technically sound - Analytical skills
