Position- Manager Internal Audit- (Construction and Infrastructure)

Qualification : CA or B.Tech

Job Description for Internal Audit:

- Responsible for execution of internal audit assignments - Audit, SOX, process review etc. (individually and as a team)

- understand client's requirements, respond promptly to client requests and enquiries and consistently meet client needs

- support Managers in the process of preparing audit plans, audit program, and reports

- look for opportunities with existing clients for providing other services offered

- should be able to understand complex business situations, risk and controls in ERP environment, identify gaps and suggest leading practices

- should be process-oriented and have strong analytical skills

- should be able to apply basic analysis tools/ techniques for data analysis

- Excellent client handling and business development skills. Proven track record of generating business.

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Practical exposure and experience in financial services off shoring / outsourcing industry
