Manager - Internal Audit - CA - Retail

A Leading company into retail based industry is looking for Internal audit Manager.

Duties relating to managing and reviewing various functions within the Audit division :

- Managing the audit staff in the identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations.

- Directs the audit staff in reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers.

- Direct planning, organizing and monitoring of internal audit operations.

- Prepare audit plan for every Operation Divisions and develop schedule to conduct audits every year.

- Review compliance of various Functions with established company policies and management instructions, and obtain management agreement to take corrective actions in case of any discrepancies noted.

- Supervise stock-takes at stores / warehouses to validate the reliability of the count process and analyse stock-take variances from published stock-take results.

- Identify use of technology, auditing tools or exception reporting to maximize audit coverage with available Audit Employees.

- Ensure recommendations are implemented by management as per agreed timelines.

- Complete the assigned audits / projects as per annual plan

Experience :

- Minimum 6-10 years- relevant audit experience

Qualification : Any finance background Qualified Chartered Accountant (CIA will be added advantage)

Salary : Negotiable

Location : GCC Countries.
