One of the most admired organizations to work in India.   Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate / ICWA / CA Inter / CA   Industry: Any Industry is OK, Candidate has to be very aggressive as he will be solely responsible to present Audit report / presentations to the Top Management  Candidates working in Audit Firm may also apply.  Work Experience: 2 Years to 9 Years  CTC : 11 LPA to 12 LPA   Job Profile:   - Compliance and Review of SOPs  - Understand objectives of the SOPs, identify the associated risks and build in the necessary controls to mitigate the risks  - Audit scheduling and implementation  - Prepare audit schedule for the region  - Allocate available resources as per the audit schedule  - Review audit progress trackers  - Conduct audits at the stores and warehouses whenever required as per defined guidelines   - Check compliance to SOPs at stores and warehouses and report deviations   - Prepare, review and finalize the audit reports and share the same with the concerned stakeholders  - Provide inputs for preparing the audit ranking parameters   - Liaison with external audit firm to ensure completion of audit as per defined guidelines  MIS:  - Interact with all departments to get MIS information on shrinkage, fraud, irregularities, exchanges, damaged stock, negative stock and statutory compliance  - Prepare reports for the regions based on the MIS information gathered (mentioned above) and share the same   - Audit committee presentation   - Identify and share key observations to be reported to the Audit Committee   - New Initiatives  - Propose new areas for audit   - Identify IT control lapses at stores and warehouses and escalate the same to the concerned stakeholders.  - Continuously monitor and ensure Compliance of SOP's across all Stores and Warehouses   - Ensure compliance in respect of Deposit of Cash/Batch closure in respect of Credit cards/ and Third party GV's redemption and the same tallies with the ORPOS Report at the Store level   - Ensure all the audits are completed as per the schedule, reports prepared and circulated on time   - All the SOP's are in place and updated   - Proper HR records maintained and no excess payment to employees.  - MIS Reports for Damages, Negative Stocks, Hold Stock, Perpetual Inventory, Deletion, Price override, Discount etc to be submitted by 10th of every month for consolidation to Internal audit team at corporate.   - New auditable areas to be identified and informed to Department Head  - IT control lapse to be identified and highlighted on a timely basis  Rohit Vinayak
