We have 2 requirements for the Internal Audit role

Designation: Manager

- 1 requirement has to be from a competitive Life insurance company in the internal audit profile

- 1 requirement has to be from consultancy firms doing internal auditing in insurance space.

- Qualification is CA with 2-4 years of experience

Salary: approx 20% hike on current CTC. It will highly depend upon interview performance.

Job Purpose:

- The purpose of the job is to conduct control testing of key processes thereby contributing in improving the effectiveness of internal control processes, and monitor and assess the adequacy of key processes so as to ensure value addition and improve an organization's branch operations and finally to propose controls for residual risks, if any, in the process

Principal Accountabilities:

- To prepare a risk based internal audit plan assigned by the audit manager

- To conduct internal audits in the time frame set by the management and to deliver high quality internal audit reports

- To review the scope of work of the external service provider and to provide continuous support to them to ensure optimum audit coverage

- Initiate new internal audit projects to oversee control environment in key business processes

- To provide timely and accurate information to the management on internal audits and to check evidences certifying adherence to the laid down policies and procedures
