Currently working on urgent position Manager Internal Audit for leading Garment Industry for Dhaka (Bangladesh) location.

- Audit planning for Plant site.

- Payroll auditing.

- Statutory Compliances (including documentation)

- Bank Reconciliations & Cash Verification

- Customer/ Debtors Management

- Sales & Revenue Recognition

- Vendor Management

- Capex, Raw Material & Other Procurement and payment process

- Return of rejected materials

- Fixed Asset Management

- Stores & Inventory Management

Invoice Processing & Payment

- Contributed to various audit assignments in the areas of production, inventory, quality, administration, payroll, fixed assets, procurement, treasury, occupational health & safety and sales at corporate office, cement manufacturing units, sales units, ready mix concrete units and bulk cement handling units.

- Review of compliances as recommended in Management Letter by Statutory Auditors.

- SCO compliance testing (Swiss Code of Obligations - equivalent to SOX) and Clause 49 compliance audit.

- Operations and commercial agreement compliance review at subsidiary & associate companies.

- Team member for review of contract labor management at manufacturing units and to design model outsourcing contract & standard operating procedures.

- Prepared and assisted in implementation of tool called - Internal Control Compliance Scorecard- to assess efficiency and performance of manufacturing units.

- Preparation of - Internal Audit Work Plan (AWP) for various audit assignments.

- Ensuring identification of potential cost saving areas during audits.

- Rich experience as a team leader in audit assignments.

- Conducted various audit presentations on pre-audit risk assessment, audit opening meeting, audit closing meeting, management committee meeting etc.

- Preparation of minutes of meetings.

- C&F agents audits for pharma companies.

- Bank Audit, Company Audit, Tax Audit, Stock Audit, VAT Audit.

- Preparation of Financial Statements and income tax returns.

- Visited companies for Inter Division, Inter Branch Reconciliation of accounts.

- Audit of Educational Institutions and Trust and consolidation thereof.

- As a surveyor of frauds and theft in Bank for Insurance Companies.

- Preparation of report under CARO 2003.

- Representation of assessee before Tax Authorities and responsibilities regarding appeal etc.

- Preparation of returns for various dealers under MVAT Act.

- Accounts writing of various small and medium scale entities
