Manager - Internal Audit - BFS - CA

a) Responsible for overseeing and managing all internal audit activities within the organization.

b) Should develop audit procedures, conducting audit tests, and preparing reports on their findings.

c) Responsible for planning and leading internal audit engagements in order to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's internal controls and processes.

d) Should ensure that all internal audit processes are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

e) Responsible for managing the internal audit team, which typically consists of auditors and other staff. They must ensure that the team follows strict professional standards, such as the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

f) Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices.

g) Must ensure that all audit findings and recommendations are reported in a timely fashion to the organization's management.

h) Should also ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and internal procedures.

i) Must also maintain good relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
