Manager Internal Audit
We are seeking to shortlist high potential candidates for stated role with a leading corporate client.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in annual audit planning process and determination of Annual Operating Plans
- Assist in design and implementation of audit methodology
- Assist in design and adherence to various templates and forms to be used in audit execution process
- Oversee IA service providers during the course of audit execution through periodic review
- Challenge and contribute to quality of the output (issues, root causing, action plans)
- Assist Head-IA in quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee
- Tracking of remediation status of the audit issues
- Manage repository of audit issues and creation of management reports to be published on a monthly basis and as and when required
Key Skills and Experience:
- CA/CWA / MBA
- 5-7 years experience primarily in Internal Audit, Risk Management function.
- Key attributes that we are looking for are cognitive ability, high energy and enthusiasm, strong personality with excellent communication skills (key requirement), self-driven and having analytical skills
