Job Description :

- Responsible for managing Interior works objectives like quality, time and safety during construction stage and report to Client and PMC project in charge.

- Necessary factory inspection and approving the material dispatch to site.

- To maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks.

- To analyze the possible areas of work that may result in time overrun - suggest slippage recovery plans

- Ensure contractor(s) adhere to all statutory requirements - like safety, environments, health and other bye-laws

- Study the master schedule and ensure the works are happening as per schedule.

- Review and comment on the schedule submitted by contractors and ensure that the same is coordinated and tracked.
