Role Outline/Job Summary :

The Custom Reporting team is responsible for custom data and reports, recurring reports, and providing data and programming expertise in support of Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance and other departments. The team develops runs and maintains SAS and SQL programs running on UNIX servers that access all CRS data.

DEPARTMENT: RSIM - Reporting CoE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The Custom Reporting team is responsible for custom data and reports, recurring reports, and providing data and programming expertise in support of Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and other departments.

- The team develops runs and maintains SAS and SQL programs running on UNIX servers that access all Retail Services data.

- Work with cross-functional business teams to understand project requirements. Develop well-written SAS code to meet business requirements. Successfully run code and validate results. Maintain existing code. Automate recurring processes. Follow all information security policies. Manipulate data in Microsoft Office. Utilize the Workflow Manager to track projects.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Computer Science, MIS, Math, Statistics, Engineering).

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticated reporting using bureau/vendor data, customer performance data and marketing data to solve business problems. 

- Good programming skills in advanced SAS and SQL in mainframe, UNIX and PC environments. Knowledge of Unix(scheduler), SQL (Teradata), Excel pivot tables and other MS Office tools is required 

- Highly proficient in Excel/pivot tables and PowerPoint Credit card industry experience, especially in an analytics or policy role, is preferred
