JD :  The primary responsibilities include :  - Strong experience in handling IP projects such as patent search & analytics and/or patent prosecution (patent application drafting, preparing response to office action), Patent monetization.  - Effectively manages at least 5 engagements simultaneously and effortlessly manage deadlines without delivery delays.  - Responsible for project planning and successful execution.  - Scope out project and prepare project proposal/SoW.  - Ensures client invoices are completed on time.  - Maintain fairly interactive and mature relationships with clients.  - Work in sync with Associate Director/Director - IP to manage staffing and operation related issues within teams (projects and engagements).  - Work with Associate Director/Director in recruiting the IP team in the electronics domain - either campus or off-campus or both.  - Manage appraisals and feedback sessions for Associates and Sr. Associates.  - Develop training materials and undertake training sessions.  - Innovates and Improves upon professional management protocols and processes.  - Encourages team to abide by company's policies and processes.  - Responsible for engagement profitability/ performance.  Competencies :  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  - Should be an effective team player.  - Possess ability to work under strict timelines.  - Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem solving.  - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.  - Proficient in using different patent and non-patent databases.  - Ability to conduct training on patent projects, patent laws etc.  - Ability to manage multiple projects.  - Experience managing client issues.  - Should be to handle client communication independently.  Experience :  - Must have patent searches/analytics experience of 5 - 8 years with a LPO/law firm/corporate.  Remuneration :  - Commensurate with industry standard  Apply Here/contact at 8233307898.  Isha Mahendra
