Manager - Insurance - Bank

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Manager-Insurance role, the key responsibilities are mentioned below

Responsibilities:

- Deliver the annual plan for insurance

- Support the sales team to sell insurance policies to the existing base

- Disseminate information on insurance industry, financial markets and competition products and analyze the same for a meaningful sales engagement.

- Drawing up the training roadmap for the individual Relationship Manager and ensuring successful completion of the insurance training certification on regulatory and knowledge, attitude, skills and habits.

- Ensuring the customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about insurance offering to build awareness in those meets.

- Joint sales drills with RMs to facilitate customers buy the right insurance product.

- We are looking for MBA-2007,2008,2009 and 2010 batch from Tier-2 b-schools with experience in Insurance sales

or

- MBA-2003,2004,2005,2006 and 2007 batch from Tier-3 Institutes with experience in insurance sales
