Manager - Instructional Designing - eLearning (9-14 yrs)

Your key responsibilities : 

 Leadership : Lead Learning capability within the practice, develop strong relations with global partners. Establish Learning pillar of expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of learning design / content development specialists

Project Delivery : Enable delivery and execution of learning management strategy for global large transformation programs in partnership with global offices. Lead learning design and content development efforts using market leading technologies and digital solutions. Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large distributed program team. Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting

- People Development : Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team

- Instructional design experience and development of learning content

- Web based learnings

- E-Learnings

- Micro learning solutions

- Mobile learning solutions

- Class room trainings, instructor led trainings

- Experience in digital learning and technology enabled learning solutions

- Programming capability on various learning technologies

- Experience in developing complex technical designs

- Ability to architect learning technology

- Experience in Learning design, content development

- Experience in adopting digital solutions to create effective learning content

- Experience in developing learning approach and Curriculum design

- Design and Delivery of learning programs using enabling technology

- Experience with content authoring tools

- Experience with Selection and Implementation of Learning Management Systems

- Experience in facilitating workshops and design sessions with global clients

- Experience in Communications strategy, planning, execution

- Experience in Training strategy, planning, execution and in Design of interactive solutions

- Gamifications, simulations

- Design of animations, graphics, interactive dashboards

- Design of learning nuggets

- Complex visual designs

- Exposure to AI, virtual reality based learning solutions

- Working awareness and experience in systems - HCM solutions and RPA

- Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud - Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies

- Knowledge of Change management and Project management techniques

- Understanding of the full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods

- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Vyond (Go Animate), Adobe Presenter, uPerform and UPK etc.

- Basic proficiency with photo editing or graphics software such as Flash, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or any other

- Basic/Advanced understanding of animations and animation storyboards

- Knowledge of compliance processes such as Section 508 compliance and SCORM conformance

- Been involved in large transformation or change programs and contributed to overall learning covering system, process, behavioral ways of working

To qualify for the role you must have

- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)

- A learning practitioner with 9-14 years of hands on experience in executing large complex organisation learning projects

- Preferred work experience / exposure to learning design, content development and instructional design roles as part of a global distributed team with global clients.

- Experience in advising and guiding clients in complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management and communication.

- APMG or equivalent certification desirable. Experience in learning design and content development using techniques of instructional design and application of it to enable a change program would be applicable.

- Consulting experience preferable
