2. Channel Satisfaction
3. Increase and Maintain ARPU growth
4. Team Management
5. Brand Building
6. FSE Incentives payouts
Account Mapping, Tariff plans, Competition Churn, New Account Addition.
Channel Sat survey twice in a year , Resolution on TAT time , Channel Engagement Programme
Up selling of new products through team.
Monitoring growth penetration of Value added products.
Motivational, guidance and directional role to initiate / execute with team to achieve AOP targets.
Organize road shows in Corporate through team .
Organizing FSE incentives and R & R programmes in specified time period to have a healthy engagement level .
