Manager - Institutional Sales - FMCG/Pharma.

JOB PURPOSE:

- The role involves the development and handling of Institutional Clients & Institutional Channel Partners.

- You will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing marketing initiatives tailored for our institutional clients. Your primary focus will be on creating brand visibility, driving sales, and fostering lasting partnerships within the institutional segment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting current and potential institutional clients

2. Brand Development: Manage the brand image, positioning, and communication tailored for the institutional sector, ensuring consistency and relevance.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the institutional space.

4. Campaign Management: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within institutional channels.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategies.

7. Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources for maximum ROI and growth.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the personal care products segment and a keen understanding of customer needs in the institutional space.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience, in brand management, preferably within the institutional or B2B segment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

- Proficiency in market research tools, analytics, MS Office and CRM software.
