- Responsible for Institutional business for the particular region
- Managing a team
- Responsible for formulating growth strategies for the Institutional business
- Responsible for garnering, increasing and maintaining AUM, market share, revenue and profits from corporate, banks, FIs
- Continuous expansion of institutional client base by acquiring new investors
- Maintaining relationships with corporate distributors
- Taking care of operational and service related issues and ensuring that institutional transactions are seamless and error-free
- Role involved dealing and coordinating with central teams of key distributors from empanelment stage to the activation stage
- Distribution tie-ups with strategic and key distributors (including national distributors, foreign banks, private sector banks, wealth management setups, regional distributors, etc- ) to formalize sales and product tie-ups
- Monitoring relevant MIS to increase in Product-wise Market share
- Activities and training Initiatives with distributors - Investor education initiatives, Fund Manager Meets, Cluster Events.
- Formulating a relevant strategy to optimize sales amongst distributors across all regions by analyzing the market and industry trends.
