Responsibilities :
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the channel's performance against industry benchmarks.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Derive learnings from past case studies- Success and failures
- Drive viewership growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including programming, marketing, Operations and sales, to align research findings with business objectives.
- Present research findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications :
- Understanding of BARC software is a must
- Bachelor's degree in market research, business administration, media studies, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in market research, strategy, or insights roles, preferably within the broadcasting or media industry.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex data from multiple sources.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for the broadcasting and media industry, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
