Bachelors in Engineering, Maths/Statistics preferred
Experience
- At least 3-4 years of experience in market research preferably in the context of pharma/healthcare
- Should have independently handled market research projects from inception (problem definition) stage to design, execution, analysis and conclusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives Market Insighting related activities within the affiliate. Activities will cover the following areas:
- Ensure all market intelligence available through the above is disseminated to the relevant teams
- Identify anomalies and carry out root cause analysis to identify problem areas whenever required
- Collaborate with marketing teams to carry out market research and insighting studies and projects
- Will identify best practices in the area of market research and disseminate to the marketing team
- Will develop digital tools and repositories to facilitate insights
- Will be the internal SME and go-to person for market research/insights
- Will facilitate the brand planning process through appropriate insights
- Will drive an insights based culture within the marketing team
