Manager - Insights & Market Research - from AGENCY only
One of the largest FMCG companies wishes to recruit members of the Marketing Strategy and insights team.
The key responsibilities shall be :
- Leading multiple projects to determine meaningful consumer insights
- Driving consumer insight development across the categories as the core for innovation
- To help Business teams in capturing/evaluating insights and converting them into actionable decisions.
- Strategizing for the Next Gen Growth Products for the Indian market
- Giving inputs for New Product development
- Action plan to enhance growth in the business
- Conducting Competitive Intelligence
- Evaluating marketing opportunities based on Return on Investment parameters
- Championing the Market Intelligence function.
- Conducting studies like Consumer preference, Profiling, Purchase behavior & Concept testing amongst others
- Responsible for managing the Brand & Channel tracker studies,studies & Retail Audit data by Nielsen/IDC
- Develop plan to increase salience of consumer insight work where required and Implement
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- We invite applications from MBAs/MSc Statistics from top ranked colleges with hands-on experience in Consumer and Channel research, Brand / Channel tracks & Retail audits.
- Must have working experience as a consultant to the decision makers on Strategic business initiatives providing unbiased analysis and recommendations.
- Ensuring Consumer & Business Insights are applied to decision making.
- Worked on a wide range of market research projects for diverse product categories.
