An MNC is hiring an Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales function and lead generation process.  Role: Inside Sales Manager  Reporting Relationship - Director Marketing  Location: Mumbai, BKC  Main duties will include the following:  - Providing pipeline support to the Sales department;   - Training & coaching Inside Sales Executives;   - Monitoring & reporting on sales metrics,   - Meeting monthly BQL- s; and   - Managing the sales administration process  The candidate must be well trained in deploying and managing SAP C4C.  Main Responsibilities:  - Build a solid inside sales field generation team that exceeds sales goals   - Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects  - Monitor telemarketing agency/ISR productivity and motivate the team to reach daily dial goals  - Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines   - Evaluate and improve sales and sales administration processes   - Supervise team in accordance with company policies & procedures  - Provide coaching for existing Account Executives, and training for new reps   - Work with Marketing team to determine appropriate staffing levels  - Conduct ISR interviews and orientations  - Manage performance reviews of ISR- s  - Schedule and lead department staff meetings, workshops, and functions  - Leverages analytics to track and report campaign results  - Own and Maintain customer database, leads from various marketing programs  - Suggest improvements that can be made to increase the value of the collateral  - Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide data quality checks weekly  Skills & Experience  - Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field required  - 5+ years of experience desired Inside Sales, Demand Generation for IT/ITeS Company  - A detail orientation, ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate  - Exceptional project management and organizational skills  - Well versed in creating reports in Excel and CRM tool (C4C)   - Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus  - Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment  - Eye for details, energetic & hands-on  - Good interpersonal & communication skills  - Independence, initiative, flexibility and a strong commitment  - Willingness to travel (as and when required  Those interested may apply or in case need more information, call on 8451801646
