- 4-6 years of experience in Inside sales/Pres sales role - In IT Industry

- Building strong pipeline through lead generations

- Good with numbers, competent with Excel, to develop and mine prospect database

- Savvy user of PowerPoints presentation (ability to make engaging presentations for the clients and potential customers)

- Manage the database of clients and engage in Pre-Sales activities

- Preparing marketing campaigns

- Knowledge of reviewing NDA/MSA/SOW

- Ability to manage Vendor Management process

- Well versed with documentation process for clients

- Ability and experience to submit RFP/RFI

- Ability to think and hunt for the business

- Should savvy user of Social Media (LinkedIn- s, FB- s)

- Ability to maintain and enhance client / customer relationship

- Great Communication Skills (Fluency in English is a must)

- Understands the concepts of Financials and ROI

- Ability to own accounts and cross selling of other services and products

- Experience in US/non Subcontinent geography

- Positive personality that builds rapport quickly and capable of developing strong business relationships

- Team Player

- Ability to negotiate with the Internal and External folks

- Travel readiness at short notice
