Job Description :

- The role comes with the responsibility for organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation thereby maximizing profitability. Sales in the context of business refers to New Customer Acquisition as well as Enhancing Relationship Value with existing customers.

- Build a healthy relationship with the entire team and provide critical solutions to boost business

- Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan for the market by tracking all sales and marketing initiatives

- Thoroughly understand the product, including, but not limited to: features, benefits, compatibility, pricing/configuration, application.

- Identify and acquire new institutional partners plus retain and grow the existing businesses.

- Conduct remote meetings and calls on a daily basis.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure that the client's needs are being met.

- Consistent delivery of revenue outcomes.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

- Represent and articulate the value proposition of Fasal's offerings as well as understanding their requirements and mapping our solutions to their requirements.
