Inside Sales Manager - Academic leader, Edtech company

Company is a key lever for our growth. You will be working to build this growth from 1 to Infinity. You will play a role in ensuring that the company reaches millions of Kids across the world and we play a pivotal role in creating the creator economy. We want the company to grow at a rate of 50% M-O-M

Scorecard:

- # In the first 1 month

- You will understand our current platform and build confidence by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

- You will be driving sales yourself as an individual contributor working closely with the marketing team to deliver results. Ensuring conversion ratio from lead to Payment as per target will need to be achieved.

- You will scale to a revenue of 7L per month with the current courses that we run.

- # In the first 3 months

- You will build your sales team and win confidence among them

- You will show stable 50% month on month revenue growth within India.

- You will scale to a revenue of INR 25L/month

- You will also start playing a pivotal role in introducing new courses that could fuel growth

- # In the first 1 year

- You will mentor and grow your team.

- You will play an important role in the Company's leadership team contributing to the brand, marketing and sales strategy

- The Company should have been launched in at least 5 countries outside India

- India business should be clocking minimum 2Crs a month at the end of 1 year.

Requirements:

- 4 years of Inside Sales (CBC selling) - High Ticket Value

- MBA from Tier 1 / 2 colleges preferred

- Good in Number crunching

- Analytical bend and strong decision making ability

- Ability to communicate with and work together with all stakeholders.

- Hunger for growth.
