We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Consultant Manager to lead our sales team targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the nuances of the US market. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales consultants, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team performance.
- Set clear sales targets and goals for the team, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the US market.
- Identify key market segments, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to tailor sales approaches and maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges and providing solutions that add value.
- Lead by example in cultivating a customer-centric culture within the sales team, emphasizing responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of the inside sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, address bottlenecks, and enhance overall sales productivity.
