- Monthly target achievements in terms of no. of MSME customers acquired and delivering volume & revenue targets:
- This will require rate negotiations, customization of offering, managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis
- Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every month. Compliment digital marketing efforts to opportunity generation, conversion and churning of leads
- Team hiring, training, grooming, enablement and review towards delivery of assigned targets on a monthly basis
- Leverage CRM skills to ensure desired productivity of team is achieved and minimize funnel leakages
- Analyzing the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness
- Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates
