- Learn and understand Business unit's product portfolio and sales processes.

- Present features and benefits of all products and services to new customers.

- Work within an assigned area or account list to promote unsolicited business and grow sales and gross profits, lead generation.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage closed business.

- Qualify and ultimately close leads generated.

- Respond to new and existing customers and product inquiries.

- Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily.

- Ability to effectively use Salesforce.com.

- Work on specific tasks given by management to increase sales and profits.

- Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided.

- Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
