We are looking for a Inside Sales Manager for one of our esteemed Clients for Gurgaon Location.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects.
- Achieve the quarterly and yearly revenue goals by closing the leads generated by Inside Sales executives.
- Build a solid inside sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals.
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines.
- Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes.
- Supervise team in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Provide coaching for existing Account Executives, and training for new reps.
- Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels
- Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and hire/fire staff.
- Schedule and lead department staff meetings, workshops, and functions.
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. -Provide data quality checks weekly.
Requirement :
- Extensive experience in Inside Sales preferably selling SAAS based products.
- Ability to manage in high activity, high transaction environment.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic are required.
- Proven track record in inside sales.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control,account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of Inside Sales & Business Development Tools and techniques.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
