Inside Sales Manager, Gurgaon

MUST HAVE:

- 7+ yrs of manager + experience

- Handles Inside sales team of 50+ people

- Have generated business of INR 2 cr+ month

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in building, handling and growing a successful Inside Sales and customer relationship team

- Strong lead generation skills, ensuring high quality and strategic leads are generated across all channels

- Can create, define pitches and create a solid sales journey for our buyer base

- Can manage different inbound and outbound channels - Whatsapp, Calling, IVR etc

- Open to creating new campaigns, market research, execution of new campaigns, and generating meaningful insights to scale those

End to end buyer relationship management, owns new buyer and repeat buyer funnels
